We are in our 30-50’s, and we need help, support, guidance, & awareness NOW to navigate the symptoms of Peri-Menopause; to normalise the subject of Peri-Menopause for everyone.
We need to create a support network for younger women now so they know what to expect when they are in their 30’s-50’s.
We need to EDUCATE everyone, and EMPOWER ourselves.
